Contingencies

I mean, let’s be frank – the whole “yeah do whatever you want” and the Negative Liberty credo works GREAT for peace of mind.

But it falls apart when you start to venture out from the well-defined border of YOU and OTHER.

It’s a short circuiting thought process. Probably because there are so many contingencies when you actually begin to consider, “what would it take to build connections and provide connections?” beyond the pale of the faceless corporate market structures. Where they start probing your resources – status games – letting life swallow you in the process.

The more the thought progresses the more dirty everything feels. Violating lies, ego-spasms and despair even if you somehow figure out the marketplace and dodge the parasitical agreements, morality infestations. Sickly submissions.

A solid modus operandi for quite some time is “want less” because you just wipe yourself clean. It’s as if desires themselves are the dirt. The best desires are something beyond this world, like a flying soul sort of thing, roaming our constellations’ rainbow roads.

By no longer desiring an exchange so one eliminates a whole class of issues and the contingencies therein. Take the sharpie and big bold in, “BOTTOM BARREL HUMAN. DO NOT INTERACT.” across the others’ checklists. And then you can toss your checklist too, however it’s rendered. Fade into some pine-scent parkways – watch benevolently from a distance any insanity, or hey, yeah, do whatever you want, perhaps it’s a sanity hidden. Maybe rock back and forth as the insane one.

Ah, indifference reigns again. Peace of mind!
