Stake It

Words only have meaning through power.

Power is the amount of influence you have upon the world and others. Some power is ex fiat, or built through carefully lain tracks of the mind, assumptions, worldviews and centuries and etc. There are many vectors but, in day-to-day conversation, where we hopefully aren’t court jesters, you can give words meaning by your own self.

You give your words meaning by following through on them. Back each statement by your own blood.

If everything you say is backed by your own and automatic action then, by demonstration, you influence the world when you speak. Whether this influence grows through some metaphysical momentum, is for you to discover.

A lot of conversation sucks because it is dead out of the water. There is no followup or development. Nothing was learned, nothing discovered, nothing exerted, same days a dolor. Same & stagnating.

There aren’t many vectors of development or, more concretely, easy ways to avoid stagnation.

So say what you intend to do. And then every time you follow through, your words get infused.

People learn to listen when you speak. Because it’s almost like speaking prophecy.

And why not? I think we’re all tired of daydreams.
